    Winny administration???

    I am about to start my winny, 50mgs a day. I have the 5mg tabs. How do you recommend I take them?
    3 in the morning
    3 at lunch
    4 at dinner

    Should I take any before going to bed?

    SHould I take them with food?

    I'd take 25mgs in the morning and then another 25mgs late afternoon.
    Winny's half like is 12 hrs

    Ive looked on a couple different charts and couldnt find anywhere that says how long winny can be detected in your system after you stop using. You say the half-life is 12 hours, is that the answer?

    how long it can be detected and the half life are 2 totally different things...

    Russ...do like mbaraso said..25mg in the AM, 25mg in the PM...it will help keep blood levels more stable
