What's up! First, sorry about my English! I need a advice from someone expert. I'm 29 years old, 185 Lbs, 5'10 and 2 years workout "clean" (no drugs) just protein, creatine, good food...... I'm not big but i wanna gain some extra pounds of muscle. That's gonna be my FIRST cycle:
