THis will be my first time. I am 33 5'8 168 pounds. I am looking to turn some fat into muscle and get into shape. I am considering doing a 4 week cycle, 50 Mg per day or paperstrol, and thats it. Willl I see much results from this? Also, since this is my first time, would I need to take Clomid? If so, How much per day and for how long? Appreciate any help anyone can give
