What To Do
WHAT DO YOU YOU DO IF YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE GETS TO HIGH,ANT THING TO BRING IT DOWN SAFELY,WITHOUT STOPPING YOUR CYCLE?

my folks are into herbal stuff and they take garlic and red vinger tablets,,a few of them everyday... because of high blood pressure.. what im thinking is this might help over time,, but not instantly

A doc told me that the potassium in them lowers blod pressure. And i`t worked for me.

What is your current bp and what was it b4? How often r u taking readings....and what time of day?

any beta-blocker is fine....i use ziac myself when needed (usually dont need it).....it works well plus has a nice mild diuretic....
go to your md when your pressure is high and mention trying it....it is very mild with minimal side effects, and shouldn't be a problem to get..........
or take something like arimidex etc. to reduce water retention.....water retention causes most cases of high blood pressure with AAS...
