Should I decrease my rest period?
I normally work out the same muscle group once every four days, if I get on Decca / d-bol should I decrease my rest period to say one day (work out same muscle group every other day)?

I do um once a week, I think your overtraining try once a week and see what happens

yea no need to train like a insane freak, thats not enof juice to decrase times, say if you was on about 5 diff compounds you could lift every bodypart 3 times a week but d bol and deca no

Its hard to hit every body part every four days. If you are training properly once a week is good. my split is kinda like this shoulders forearms, back tris, chest bis, quads hams, abductor adductor calves, and work in the abs EOD. Even on the sauce you can overtrain.

I would train every muscle just once a week, even though gear increases your healing time dramatically one day rest is too short. If you chose to lift each muscle twice a week choose one day heavy and the next time light. Good luck

like everyone has said, once a week is fine anything more would be considered
overtraining.

First of all.. more then once every week is overtraining.. for most people thou.. anyway.. if you are doing a cycle.. it doesn't mean you can hit the muscles more.. maby harder but not more often !

I dont beleive training something twice per week is always overtraining. Just remember that what works for you, might not work for someone else. If you try it out and feel fine(like you're not overtraining) then keep it up. I train everything twice per week and get enough rest, so I never feel overtrained.

i train each muscle group once every 4 days. i get good gains, but i'm thinking of trying hitting them up once a week to see if i get better results

Thanks for all the responses guys. I've always gained well by working out the same muscle group every four days, but I'll give a week a try and see what happens. I have friends that have used decca/d-bol stack and it worked extremely well for them and there were no side affects, so I feel confident with that.
