    Lay out a propsed cycle dependent on what and how much you have, and ask for a critique. We dont construct cycles here, sorry bro.

    Also, add some personal stats, age, exp., etc.

    run the cycle somethin like this:

    wk 1-10 sust 500mg
    wk 8-13 winny 50mg ED
    start clen once you start pct 3 weeks after last sust shot
    nolva 10mg ED
