Im about to start first cycle tonight.
Being 45 I have to be carefull. Although Im in decent shape at 6" 230# and can workout as hard as when I was 25, Im have to think about minimizoing side efects. I am in decent cardio shape doing treadmill every day etc. My goal is to gain some quality mass nand srength then do a cut cycle (have tons of gear forthat)
Several moderators have been saying your first cycle should always be a testostrerone only to calibrate. Sounds reasonable. On the other hand I know Deca is safer that T for older athletes
Anyone have good reasons to suggest T over Deca (or visa) for my first cycle.
