scar tissue

I know I have alot of scar tissue builup. How do I get rid of it any ideas?

I heard about getting a deep tissue massage should work.
another is acupuncture.

any ideas here?

I don't think you can get rid of it ever.
Just think of a scar you might have from a cut or whatever when you were a kid, probably still with you now. The same goes for muscles, subject it to trauma over and over and theres not much you can do.
Rotate your injection sites as much as possible and minimize the risk.
I'm all for any other opinions if this is not the case.

Nope, scar tissue is exactly that...scar tissue. All you can do is try to avoid it.

I have also read that deep tissue massage can break-up, but not eliminate, scar tissue. I am not so sure I believe in this method, but then again, I haven't tried it. I have also read that stretching your muscles is another method.

I've tried it, it doesnt work.

Everytime i inject i have to use a great amount of pressure to break through then hammer it in. All the while you hear popping and cracking. Kind of unnerving to be quite honest.
