eca is eph/caff/asp i am clear on this. is xenadrine(for ex.) all three. i know it has ma huang(ephedrine and white willow bark(aspirin) where the hell is the caff in this equation. do i add it or what.

eca and xenadrine is almost the same stuff. very, very similar.

Well eca is cheaper and both of those might work a little bit different on different people, but basically is this same stuff.

right, they are basically the same thing. just 1 problem thoguh - you can't modify just 1 single ingredient with Xenadrine or Hydroxycut. with ECA you can add or remove amounts...
