When to juice
Just wanted to take a poll when you guys first juiced, its a good referance (although I know everyone is different). Anyways please include weight/height/bf/age/years of training. Also might be nice to say if you think you juice'd prematurely. Peace

When you have tried basically any diet, and every workout regimen and can't gain an ounce of muscle. . .
Bro, you'll know when you are ready. You will want to do it, like nothing you have ever wanted to do before (Except that chick that dropped her pants at that party last weekend).

No I understand that Papa but just wanted some stats. I'm not going to follow someone else's juicing beginning but just curious as to where-about most start
