Nolvadex Dosage Question

I'm on my first cycle, third week of aratest (200enan,50prop) and just started seeing some puffiness of the nipples on saturday - i ordered nolva which should be here tomorrow - will a larger dosage of nolva at first help to reverse what little puffiness i've seen or any other suggestions? i was taking 6-oxo but obviously that didn't help.

Do your nipples have something hard underneath them and do they hurt when your touch....or do they itch ?

They're a little sore, no itchiness though - can't feel any lumps.

I'm still waiting on my nolva from lion to get here - is there anything i can take in the meantime? Does anybody have an idea of shipping times from lion?
