I'm new to the forum. I'm 38 yrs old and work out 3 to 4 days a week for the past 3 yrs. i've seen good results. I have never cycled but now I'm wanting to give it a try. Can anyone suggest a good beginners cycle. I've read that deca is effective with low side effects. Should I stack with this? I need info like how much, how often and for how long. Thanks
