New
I'm new to the forum. I'm 38 yrs old and work out 3 to 4 days a week for the past 3 yrs. i've seen good results. I have never cycled but now I'm wanting to give it a try. Can anyone suggest a good beginners cycle. I've read that deca is effective with low side effects. Should I stack with this? I need info like how much, how often and for how long. Thanks

Welcome to the boards bro. It is always good to have new members.
First of all, Let me suggest that you do some research. Use the search function, hang around read post, ask questions, learn. After 2 or 3 months then you should be able to design your own cycle with the help of people on the boards. At that time you will be ready for a cycle.

What nautica said is perfect. If you hang around on this board for 2, 3 months you will know what you need. You will learn what different things do and what you want to get. After that you will be able to do exactly what you want.
