knots after an injection

i have knots in my glutes after i inject, im useing sust-250 with a 23 gauge 1.5" pin. does this mean that the oil is not dispersing? if so am i still getting the full benfits of the steroid ?

No you will get knots where you inject.....just make sure that they dont become infected ( red, warm to the touch).....make sure you rotate injection sites too

You should be okay, I've gotten knots as well, as houseofpain stated, its normal bro, some massage the injection site, and heat it as well, to keep down the knot.
