    MY CYCLE:
    1WEEK 200MG DECA
    2WEEK 200MG DECA/SUSTANON 250
    3WEEK 400MG DECA/SUSTANON 250
    4WEEK 400MG DECA/SUSTANON 250
    5WEEK 400MG DECA/SUSTANON 250
    6WEEK 200MG DECA
    7WEEK 200MG DECA
    8WEEK 200MG DECA

    "since i heard deca only is bad i decided to throw in some sustanon250"
    ALONG SIDE WITH MY 8 WEEK CYCLE TAKIN .25MG IP ARIMIDEX EVERY OTHER DAY. SHOULD I TAKE MORE OR ANYTHING ELSE LIKE Nolvadex

    Not enough sust there. The sust should be ran from the beginning and a week longer than the deca and I would up it to 500mg/wk
