How many Nolva in my Cycle ?

I will start my next Cycle with

1-4 Dbol 30mg/ed
1-13 Test E 500mg/week
1-12 Deca 400mg/week

How many Nolva I need in this Cylce ? How long ?

If you have trouble with water retention or are prone to gyno, you may want to run 20mgs/day...if not keep them on hand incase the nipps get sore. If alls well then save them for post cycle at 20mgs/day for a month!

depends in the mg and how your going to be using them..
using them through cycle or on hand just in case?

are you using l-dex as well?
i would also use b6 200mg ed
