I was wondering if i should take Nolvadex during my cycle even thought i have no signs of gyno... i think i might just worrying to much , i dont want to get them man boobs, ya know... if so how much should i take , and how often ????

Your winny may be preventing you from getting gyno. I usually keep nolvadex or arimidex on hand and do not use it unless I feel the onset of gyno or if I seem to be holding water.

i don't use nolv unless i feel my nipples getting sore or puffy. it will hinder your gains...i only take it when needed (which, knock on wood, has been never)
