non anabolic steroid question
Does anyone know what steroid would help psoriasis. My doctor gave it to me once before for an ear infection, but now will not perscribe it to me because of liver damage effects. I am looking for the name. Thanks.

are you sure it just wasnt plain cortizone shots you were getting?
a long time ago the doc gave me these shots in my scalp for this same problem. now there are all kinds of meds, such as betamethasone, which is marketed under the brand name of diprolene, topical creams that do a great job.

Hey Mugs,
Psoriasis is mainly a psycosomatic problem.
Tell your friend to try tanning a couple of times per week, and 1% hydrocortizone cream in aloe.
That should help.
