hi there people would any of you have a clue for water retention or know about it..............im currently 6ft1" 14st medium build quiet muscvular and running sus 250 and decca 200 every four days for last 6weeks and usally pretty lean but all of a sudden i look pregnant any suggetions most welcom advice etc

lol you kidding? Deca retains the most water out of any injectable AS.
Next time run an anti e like nolva or ldex or both and you won't have that problem.

Yes,run some Nolv @ 10 mgs ed,and l-dex @ .25 mgs ed.This should keep water retention in check.

Hop on some nolva at 10mg/day and Ldex at .25mg/day and you'll drop water in a hurry. This is something that needs to be addressed before you start a cycle. While you're at it, you may want to search "pct", as this will be an issue in the near future as well.

also drinking 1-2 gallons of water a day will cut down on water retention..no joke it keeps your system clean from alot of the toxins as contain

water is the key I think people would be alot less sick in america if they drank the proper amount of water a day!

thanks people have nolvadex to hand (gave me servere palputations but if it stops me looking pregnant then give it another try ) lololol all the best
