cycle advice

On the main page, under steroid cycles in example 8, it shows taking
weeks 1-4 anadrol
weeks 1-10 sustanan
weeks 1-10 parabolan or deca
weeks 5 - 11 dianabol
weeks 5,6 & 11,12,13 HCG
weeks 12-20 clenbuterol
my question is as far as anti e's goes what would you recommend, nolv everyday and what mg should be taken, i always seem to get tender and sore and swelled in the nipple area everytime

i would appreciate any advice

Bro...those cycles are out dated.They're in the process of up dating them now.It's not your fault,but scratch that cycle and go to the educational forum and read up on beginner cycles.

On the anti e question.I'd run 10 mgs ed of Nolv and .25 mgs ed of l-dex with any cycle.

thanks for the advice, I normally always get tender and sore in the nipple area seems like after the first shot, that's the main reason I asked
