Hi Guys/ladies, looking to try my second cycle this summer, I just finished 12wks of cyp 500mg/wk and didnt get much for size although I did take arimidex .25mg/day from start.
I want to put on more size and am not sure what to use.

tried to get at least 200mg of protein a day, I started at 195lbs and got up to 211lbs
16lbs is not a bad gain for a test only cycle. Was this what you kept or did you max at 211lbs then drop some weight?
that was my max, I am back down to 205 after one and a half weeks from last injection, I did put a bit of fat on my gut so I am already doing more cardio and changing my diet..more protein and less carbs.
maybe I expected too much from the cyp?
what would be a goog combo to try next? maybe the cyp again with something else?

Hmm I have a few questions.
First did you have any PCT?
Second how many calories are you getting in a day during cycle?
Anyway a common cycle for size is
1-12wks Test E/Cyp 500mgs
1-11wks Deca 400mgs
1-4wks D-bol 25-30mgs -optional from what ive seen
200 grams of protein?? should be more (1.5-2 grams per bodyweight)
id run 14 week cycle ...
sust 500mg weeks 1-14
eq 400mg weeks 1-14
dbol 30mg ed weeks 1-4
300-400 grams of protein..Id have to quit work so I could eat all day! lol..thanks for the help I will try to up my protein but its hard to do with my schedule.

sounds like your cal and protein intake was insufficent.believe me bro eating over 4000 cals a day is difficult, specially everyday.i try to eat even when im not hungry and usually im right at it or lil above that,its rough.
was 12 wks long enough? I have read some people use cyp for 16wks?
if I have been of for a week, could I go back on for four more weeks or would I gain anymore?
