    yohimburn?

    Does thye stuff work or what, i used to hear people swear by it, now, don't hear anything about it, ant to use it on my chest and love handles, what do you guys think.

    do u mean something like helios? helios is fat spot reduction injections. it contains yohimbine and clen. downside is u have to do several injections a day (if i remember correctly).

    I liked yohimburn but it really is only effective for people with already low BF%. A lot of BB's like to use it before a contest. If you are above 9% BF then you would be better off buying RALA and a fat burner.
