what is a good diet/workout routine? right now I lift 6 days a week rotating arms/back/legs t-th-sa and chest/shoulders m-w-f in preperation for the cycle. I also Jog and Bike for cardio.
I have 50ml Winstrol V that I had planned to Stack but I'm getting tired of looking (and blowing money, 0 for 2 on websites).
in case I do get lucky, what would be better to stack with,, D-bol or Deca ? I want size and def. I'm meeting my college buddies in the Keys in March for a reunion... it's been 10 years and I want to look good!!

400 mg deca for 8 weeks
50 mg winnie ed weeks 4-10
800 mg milk thistle ed with the winnie
clomid 3 days after last winnie pill or injection.

I'd hold off and stack it with something. And don't order from anymore websties.

It's an OTC supplement and legal. You can buy it at any drug store or supplements store. It aids your liver when taking oral steriods like dbol and winnie.

yeah, third weekend in march,, that's why I've pretty much decided it's time to get started. I'm going to start the Winny tonight and hope sometime in the next 7 weeks I can find some deca . any advice would be greatly appreciated..

PS.. I've been lifting and running for a month so I'm already in decent shape, just no def or real size. I'm 6' 225 lbs so I'm still a little on the chunky side...

correct me if im wrong but dont u just need the milk thistle if your taking oral winny tabs, if your injecting then u dont need it, im stacking winny with eq
