I'm 18 and have been lifting weights for 2 years, i weigh 200 pounds and am experienced for the amount of time i have been lifting. i want to put on pounds(muscle not fat) and strength before summer and i want to get the biggest bang for my buck, i also dont want to get man boobs or have my balls shrink...can someone help me out? and also tell me what kind of gains im seriously looking at here..my max bench is 230 and squat is 300 if that helps at all. thank you!
