    Help Me

    I'm 18 and have been lifting weights for 2 years, i weigh 200 pounds and am experienced for the amount of time i have been lifting. i want to put on pounds(muscle not fat) and strength before summer and i want to get the biggest bang for my buck, i also dont want to get man boobs or have my balls shrink...can someone help me out? and also tell me what kind of gains im seriously looking at here..my max bench is 230 and squat is 300 if that helps at all. thank you!

    the thing is..i have a friend whos 22 who told me i can go into the weight room in a few weeks and be repping 225 like its nothing, i cant resist the possibility to gain like that.

    if you do evrything right(diet, training, rest etc..) you will eventually get there..

    Your friend isnt helping you, and he isnt looking out for your best interest. At 18, you are not physicaly mature, and steroids will be detrimental to your developement in the long run.

    Have your friend come and play with us for a little while and we will show you just how little he knows.

    k, thanks for ur help.... but any tips on safe non-steroid products to help me get solid gains? i've plateaud out on the whole protein thing, its just not working that great anymore...ive tried changing reps and set numbers and im just not getting anywhere, also the whole working each muscle hard once per week isnt doing anything but givin me decent size, i also want strength....

    AR has a great workout and supplement forums. You will get the best info in the diet forum however.

    Tell ur boy to get fuked, you are too young.. You're going to keep growing until your 22.. Go clean and natural till you are done growing, then hit up the sauce, as much as you want.. Until then eat, train, sleep.. Try not to be a retard like your friend..

    If you put enough effort in, you'll bench 225 for reps - clean, drug free..

    I was benching 225 with clean reps and squating 365 for reps by the time I was 23 without ever touching juice, and I'm a genetic cesspool.

    It can be done.
