Ok I am 6'3 187 (i am trying to gain mass atm)
I have just recived some gear Propionat QV 100
(I was supposed to get stuss-250 but the order got messed up)
I know next to nothing about this particualr gear: Is it good for gaining mass?
And since this is my 1st cycle how many ccs a week should I take?
I am totaly new to this so ne info is welcome.
