This is going to be my first cycle. I am currently 220lbs at 13% bf. My goal is to get down to around 8-9% bf and weigh a little over 230lbs. This is what I was thinking of running
week 1-12 Equipose 500mg week
week 3-12 Test E 200-300mg week (10 weeks total)
I know most of the time you guys recomend more test than EQ but I am not looking to get really big this summer. I plan on doing more of a bulking cycle this next winter. I am planning on getting the gear in the next few days so any info would help
