It probably could help a little but most oil based steroids break down little by little so you could possibly flush yourself a little today but then tommorrow a little more ester in your muscle breaks down and along with it more test is made available in your blood stream.

Water will flush all things out of your body eventually but not in such a way that your going to lose the gear in your system before it's half-life. The process is gradual is what I'm saying, so don't worry about it. Drink a ton of water though, it flushes out the crap in your body and aids in fat loss too.

The juice is in your BLOOD. Not your digestive system. This isnt like inhaling weed and trying to flush it out with cranberry juice.

It also acts as a mild form of diurectic to keep off water retention. Your system will not act upon water to store if it feels there is plenty being passed into the system. You will actually lose stored water. There is also a much needed supply of electrolytes you need from water and need to keep the intake up to replenish this balance while you in intense training on or off a cycle.
