Shredding Cycle/Diet
This is going an example of daily eating for Leaning down.
Breakfast
Oatmeal
4 Eggs
fruit
Snack
Power Bar
Lunch
Chicken Breast
Fruit
Pre Workout
Power Bar
Protein shake/no carbs
Dinner
Can of Tunna
Snack
Cottage Cheese
This is around the stats it puts me at
150 Grams of protein
150 Grams of carbs
* this is all depending on what Bars I buy
* I am 140 lbs of lean muscle right now i am only 5'5
1 gallon water a day

Tren is best if ran ed.I'd chop two weeks off your winny cycle and I think you meant 50 mgs instead.Your pct timing is off and so are the doses.
Are you running Nolv or l-dex with the cycle?

Yes, I meant Mg...Sorry. How is my PCT off??? I am doing clomid 2 weeks and I have 10 novaldex. I am not sure how to take novaldex. I was told to use for emergencies only....???....

Sus is gonna make you hold some water...so you might wanna run ldex w/ this cycle. If you can trade the sus for test prop, and run fina ed like bull said.
Clomid would start 3 weeks after last shot of sus...or 3 days after last shot of prop. And you'll need more clomid then what you have.

Diet and cardio alone would get your ripped if your starting off @ 140lbs...no need for AS IMO.

I am 175 lbs NOW I was just telling everyone lean muscle so they can see the Protein per Lean Muscle ration to see That it is 1:1 ratio per lean muscle. I weight 175 right now. FAT AND ALL. I would like to get to 165 VERY LEAN and that's the cycle

Try to use test prop instead of sus...much better for cutting.

IMO... double your protein intake... and dump the sus250 and add pro like everyone else has suggested...
