What kind of steril oil and how much

Ok, im going to be using prop. If i am going to inject 1cc of prop in my delt, how much sterile oil should be added. How about in the quads.

Also, what kind...cottenseed, other???

Grapeseed is good also.

cottonseed will work...i wouldnt use it unless you absolutley cant satnd the pain...thats just me....what brand are you useing?
