roids for hammy injuries?

I strained my hammy at rugby practise last week and am having therapy but also have a tournament in 4 weeks. does anyone know if injecting into the hammy will speed the recovery , if so what kind

No Bro don't inject into the injured area - ice, rest , passive ROM, massage etc then ice/heat
