I read that high BP is dose depandant at steroidology. (DECA-DURABOLIN) Wich doses gives higher BP? Im an spinning instructor one hour a week. Would a dose at 200-300mg a week with deca **** up my BP?
2. Wich steroid gives most water retention? DECA or TEST?

bro just about any steriod is going to increase your bp.
Don't take deca alone...run it with test or don't run deca at all..Just run a test only cycle.
And if your concerned about water then use nolva or ldex or both throughout.

Your bp is gonna go up if you take steriods. I don't care how good of shape your in...it's still gonna increase. How much? That depends on the person. Being that your a instructor of some sort I'm sure you know that being in good shape usually constitututes your pulse and or bp being higher then the avg guy, it's called "runners heart".
Deca/test will definetly increase your bp....How much? You won't know till you start.

nolva will not lower your bp. It'll decrease the chances of est converstion and will get rid of some water.
Do a search on "Deca only cycles" You'll find your answers there..
