Need Plan
hey guys im new and i was wondering if i could get some help with a work out plan. i really only want to use natural, legal supplements and im just aiming to get pretty big pretty cut pretty fast. here's my specs:
16 yrs old
6'0
145 lbs
not much work out experience
can pretty much stick to any diet
i dont kno if thats all you guys need, but any help would be great

search in the diet section for a diet.... search in the workout section for a good workout... and search in the supplement section for info on them

mcDonalds and weight gainer should do the trick...with a hard and heavy workout that is.

Well, first off I'm glad you don't want to juice at 16, good job.
Now to be realistic, you're not going to get pretty big AND pretty cut at the same time, and neither "pretty fast".
training cannot be taught online in one thread (without me falling asleep)
try to eat at least 1 gram of protein per body pound every 24 hours..1.5 would be better but I don't know your metabolism.
Directly after training, as soon as your heart rate is normal, take in a minimum of 30 grams of simple recovery Carbs, and 30 Grams of Protein (whatever that means for right now )
try and eat every 2 hours or so.
Also, if you really want to grow, (meaning bulking is more important than cutting) as much as we say to "eat Clean"..it's better to eat bad, than not eat at all.

i have super fast metabolism. i ate nothing but del taco, mcdonalds, and burger king over summer, with an occasional surf session and lost about 20 pounds. yea id like to get bulk first, then ill work on getting cut. im just trying to look better pretty much. would like the abs to be nice, obliques, chest, back, bis, tris, forearms, a little leg. thanks for the help so far.

also i want to run everyday or every other day to lose a little bf and to stay lean. i need to build up my endurance too.

would creotene, cell-tech, and/or NO2 be any good to do? any other supplements?
