even if you were to gain 30 solid pounds of muscle and arms are a lagging bodypart then you still would not gain 3 inches. all the drugs, training , and recovery will not do it. homeostesis will always get you in the end.

I absolutely can't believe how many people actually think that if they take steroids, then BOOM, they get huge. It doesn't work like that. You have to be super dedicated for a long period of time in order to get big.

I love it when you'll hear someone ask about a cycle and then mention "I don't want to get too big though", as if there's a cycle out there that will cause some rapid surge of uncontrollable growth. I wish it were that easy. That's the reason not everyone IS huge. It's not that easy.

3 inches in 2 months is pretty close to impossible... you MIGHT be able to get an inch a month though... just depends on where you are now and how much you have created naturally... if you have a lot of room to grow naturally then you would think that the AS would allow you to make those gains much faster than those that are pushing your genetic limits. BTW.. I put on an inch a month for 2 months basically naturally... although I was just coming back to the gym... so I had muscle memory... and I was taking a lot of cell tech... BUT I DID IT!!!
