First Cycle Question

I just received 100ml of test prop and want to know how best to run it for a 10 week first cycle. Either 100ml EOD or 50-75ml ED. I don't want to blow up, just some moderate gains.

I will be using ldex (.25mg) and nolva (20mg) ED throughout the cycle. Input is appreciated.

first cycle??? If so I'd do it ed @ 75mg.....or you can do 150 eod....but ed is better.
