I have a little lump under on of my nipples and and the other one is a little puffy, it goes away when it gets cold or warm or i touch it, im wondering if anyone else has this or knows if maybe its just fat, there is no pain

If it's a hard lump behind the nipple then it's gyno......... Are you running AS now?
I would start running Nolva at 80mg ED so that you do not get another lump on the other side.

no im not runing any AS, but it started about a 3 months ago after 2 weeks of 200mg of deca, once it started on one niple i stoped and now the other one is geting puffy

was also wondering if i went to the doc, could they prescibe me anything to stop it or do i have to order more nolva, i know they cant make it go away, but can they give me something to stop it

Take 20 mg of nolva everyday for 3 months and see if that helps. Many have seen gyno go down with this course.
