Hey everyone...new member here from the Bodybuilding.com forums. I've been on there for a few years but was recommended to this board. I have been lifting for 5 years seriously, cardio and a good diet. I have used some PH's before this and am pretty educated about what I want to do.

I will be starting my first cycle soon...I am 5'11", 188-190...about 11-12% bf. My goal is to add lean muscle mass and cut up down to 9% bf or so.

My plan

weeks 1-8 prop 100mg eod
weeks 1-6 var 60mg ed
weeks 1-4 dbol 20mg ed

obviously, clomid and nolva pct and so on.

my question...what are ur opinions about maybe interchanging either the var/dbol with winny, or even adding clen?
