What's your resting pulse?
We're always talking about blood pressure...(btw, I got mine measured today and it was 116/65, pretty good, right?)
My pulse was 74 the first time and 69 the second time... is that pretty healthy? I'm at the gym 5 days a week so I was expecting it to be lower!

the general consensus is that the lower your pulse is the healtier your heart is...a normal pulse is considered anything between 9-16 beats/10 sec.

Your resting heart rate is directly corrolated with your thyroid and adrenal functions. If you have a low resting temp, your heart rate will be higher, if your temp is high then your heart rate will be lower...that's why our HR goes up when taking AAS, we are blocking the effects of cortisol (adrenals) this causes a degree of stress to the entire metabolic code! There are certainly other factors that can effect your Resting HR, but stress is #1.
