    Site Injections

    can someone describe to me the safest way to inject into the pectoral muscle
    any help would be very appreciated

    i've done em many times bro. the way i did it was with my opposite hand holding the pin i would grab a good portion of my pec muscles. (unflexed of course) i would then have the pin facing downwards darting it in real fast from above the pec area. depending on the amount of chest muscle u have u can do them in your outer chest, middle, even inner. i've done it and have had no problems. good luck
