qv test250 dosage

all my cycles have been with qv test250 and im trying to get an idea of how much test(mg) ive actually worked up to. if im using 1g of qv test250 out of the 10ml bottles what (mg) would you say im actually getting?

You get 72mg per 100mg with enan, 70mg with cyp, 83mg with prop and 87mg with acetate
