1st cycle
I am 5'11, 188-190 lbs, and around 10-11% bf. I have been lifting for five years and have been doing quite a bit of research for the past year or two on AS. Doing a lot of talking to a vet on here and finding a legit source from him, here is what I'm planning on. This is my first cycle and I am 21.
My main goal is to cut/harden up and add 10-15 lbs of clean, lean muscle.
Weeks 1-12 Test E 500mg EW
Weeks 1-12 EQ 400mg EW
Weeks 10-15 Winny Tabs 50mg ED
1-12 Nolva 10 mg ED
PCT (1 day after Winny)
Day 1 300mg Clomid/20mg Nolva
Day 2-21 100mg Clomid/20mg Nolva
Day 22-28 20mg Nolva
Any comments, questions?

very nicely planned cycle, you really did do your homework
Only thing you could do is add something for a jumpstart since eq and enth could take a while to kick in....maybe some prop or dbol .

i would run both compounds longer as eq is really a 'late cycle' steroid . your best gains from it should come in weeks 8-?...
mabye consider 14-16 weeks for this cycle and run the eq a week less than the test so that they both clear your system at the same time.

oh yeah i would suggest adding maybe some d-bols or something in the first 4 weeks to jumpstart while your waiting for other stuff to start taking off...

Similar to what I have planned, keep us informed on how it goes. I would suggest stopping the EQ a week before the Test though.

Thanks you guys...actually, I had run a rough draft of my 1st cycle on here a day or two ago. This is the final revised version after hearing from some other people. I don't want to add the Dbol for now because of the cost this is already costing and I don't want to be fooling around with too much my first time. I think I should get some kick a** gains off of this and really cut up. I have some pics that I took today that I'll attach.

Youre not going to see much advances until the 4-5th week. I would suggest kick starting with prop ED for the first 4 weeks so you dont get discouraged. Prop has less water retention than dbol but it's your choice. It's a good cycle. I like the winny for hardening towards the end.

Quick question...what do u guys think about dropping the EQ and adding Dbol tabs (20mg ED) for the first four weeks?

Or just leave the EQ in for the first 11 weeks and add the dbol to it?

Im looking to try and keep down water retention as much as possible while droppin a bf % or two and gainin' lean muscle if that wasn't clearly stated earlier.

Which cycle do you guys think would be better the so-called "Final" one i first posted or this last one with the addition of dbol and one less week of EQ?
I don't wanna do anything too long since this is my first AS cycle. Comments are appreciated.

the most recent cycle you posted looks good... i would up the dbol to 35 mgs ed.
if you want to lose bf and gain some size, you have a hard road ahead. remember that you can do a cutting cycle with dbol included, it's all about your diet and training/rest. those factors are more crucial than any gear you use.

Good point...I have been eating well and can tell I am already dropping fat. In addition, I do 30 min. of running 4 days a week (from 6.6-7.0 mph minimum)

cycle looks almost perfect
i would run it like this:
wk 1-4 dbol 35mg ed
wk 1-13 test e 600mg ew (or stick with 500)
wk 1-12 eq 400mg ew
wk 10-15 winny 50mg ed (i would leave it out, but you want it)
wk 1-15 nolva 10mg ed/ wk 16-18 20mg ed
wk 1-18 l-dex .25mg ed
wk 16-18 clomid

Guys.....what has happened to a "Test Only" first cycle???? almost everyone a couple
months ago said it was the best for the"first time user".......that it gave them a chance
to see how there body would react and that there gains would be good with out dumping a bunch of drugs in there body. ??????

I agree with Justin, 500mgs of Test-E is plenly for a first cycle. Later down the road as your training experience and diet evolve, you can add another compound or two to each subsequent cycle.
