first cycle of test and dbol how should i take the dbol
hey whats up guys ?? its me again just about to start my first cycle of test prop and dbol i have 8 weeks of test and i have 750mgs of dbol how should i take the dbol with the test should i wait untill the second week and do a 5665 pill cycle or is there a certian mg i shouldnt go over .... if you have any ideas on what i should do please respond.

well, first of all i wouldn't to dbol /prop.

my bad guys its not test prop its test enatate... if that makes any diffrence

Run the test for 10-12 weeks and a good Dbol dose is 30 mgs ed.

if you have 5 or 10mg tabs, i like to split mine up into 10mgs, 3 times a day (morning, early afternoon, late afternoon)

has anyone taken test enatate?? if soo how where you results and what should i expect if i train 2 hrs a day and 6 days a week ??

depends on your diet bro. give some stats and we can get a better idea of what you're workin with. also 2 hrs/d 6 days per week is alot careful not to overtrain.

1 hour is all you need. With rest and diet, and adding cardio, you should see good gains. Your workout should be intense,and heavy.
What about you PCT, im not sure you mentioned any?

im 6"4 190lbs 8% body fat soo if u have any ideas on what kind of diet i should be on k dog please let me know.

diet for you should be what it was just increase calorie intake up to 3500 to 4000. Post your cycle and pct if you know what it is
