GOAL 225....BIGGER HARDER LEANER WITH ABS
been dieting but havent seen much size difference, lost bf% was thinking of switching test to enthate and staying with eq.....upping cals for mass but throwing in clen to cut the fat for another 12 weeks
thinking of runnin for 2 weeks on 2 weeks off repeat or 7 on 5 off
been talkin to a guy who has a great deal of knowledge of as and have gotten the ok on this,, just curoius for some more opinions
also mentioned eca stack if chose to do 2 weeks on 2 weeks but need to soem research on that bc im not 100% sure what it is
training hard, eating every 2 hrs, using qv products at the moment
