Best cycle bridge?

I've always run 10mg/AM D-bol bridges, but has anyone used something different to bridge? If so, please share your experiences and preference for using a specific drug to bridge your cycles. Also, give your reasons why you choose this drug(s) above any others...

Well personally I think the best bridge is insulin, HGH, and IGF. I have tried to bridge with many substances (prop, anadrol, winny, anavar, and equipoise) but the only AAS that allowed for a relatively high recovery was morning dbol. The others were just to inhibitory.

How do you like bridging with insulin? Do you run a slin bridge like you would in any normal cycle?
