Time on = time off???? Can't be...
For a shorter cycle 12 weeker perhaps, but what if you did a 28 week cycle followed by pct? -28 weeks off seems a little bit much.
It all comes down to bloodwork, doesn't it?
If your levels are within normal range following pct you should be able to gear up again no matter how long you were on previously.
Or am I wrong about this one?
Yours truly, MrM

I personally don't adhere to the time on = time off theory!

It your bloodwork shows that your levels are back to the normal range then I say go ahead. I would just confirm the fact by waiting a couple of extra weeks and getting bloodwork again to make sure levels are consistent. No use in waiting an extra month or two to start your next cycle when nothing is going to change IMO. It's just that it may take you longer to recover the next time around.

I don't believe in time on=time off either. It is just a very simple guideline. bloodwork and retention of muscle are what I would go by.
