    How long have you used AAS for?

    cycling on and off,how many consecutive years have you been using AAS?

    I don't meen if you took AS once in 1980 and once in 1995=15 years.

    I'm talking time on and a reasonable time off in between cycles?

    Never but now my diet is maxed, training is about as good as is can get and I'm 31 so I've been considering just doing a light cycle. I definetly wont do much for long. If I put on any more then 10 lbs, I dont think it will look good.
