hey I am a guy who has been training for 2 years, I am 18 years old my body fat is 10% and I am 5'9 tall and my weight is 154..
I would like to gain some muscle and strenght before the summer, i would be happy if i could gain about 20 lbs....
I was thinking about a Deca cycle... And please dont try to scare me from doing juice it will probably not work.. The best you can do is to help me to get the my first cycle right!!![]()
