Thanks. Yes, this is me, from about 6 months ago, although I lost a bit of size, I have always been naturally defined. I am planning on doing a winter cycle to bulk up, and a pre-summer cycle to cut down. For my mass cycle, I was thinking of an Anadrol/Test/Deca stack. Also, what is the deal with Testroviron? My veteran friend says it's great stuff, but I am not sure if I should get it over sust. My goal for the winter cycle is mass, mass, mass. My summer cycle will probably be your standard winny/EQ cycle. I have done 3 cycles in my life, all three being dbol/deca/sust. My last of the 3 cycles gave me almost no gain at all. Should I change something? My eating/lifting habits have been the same for all 3. That's why I am thinking of the anadrol for this cycle. Should I try something other than deca? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Should I use HCG instead of clomid for this mass cycle? Proviron or arimidex?

Week 1, 2, 3, 4: 50,100,150,100 mg of Anadrol ed
Week 1-10: 750mg sust every week
Week 1-10: 500mg of EQ every week
Week 1-10 .25 arimidex ED

Week 13-16 either HCG or clomid

I would like to try EQ, I heard it puts on quality gains and improves vascularity. Should I save the EQ for my cutting cycle in the summer, and replace it with deca for a mass cycle?

That cycle looks perfect my friend!

Are these the doses you ran last time? or are you upping it a little.

I preffer EQ over deca, you'll notice a difference between the two!

I loved the testoviron, it made me blow up in no time,but i usually stick with sus, less sides for me and a lot less water retention.

With that stack you can't go wrong,unless the dieting and training were off!

i GUESS YOUR STICKING WITH THE A-BOMBS?

At your body weight you probably would do fine with 500mgs/week of testoviron and 400mgs/week of EQ for 10 weeks

Taken twice a week,eg... 250mgs test/200mgs EQ on mon and thurs, or sun wed etc...Obviously putting them in 1 syringe.

However if you've done several cycles and you feel your not making much progress with AS anymore you could up the dosage to 750mgs/week test and 600mgs/week EQ split up into 3 injects
eg... 250mgs test/200mgs EQ on mon,wed,fri...that way you'll take advantage of the prop in the testoviron and you'll keep a more even concentration in the blood stream!JMO

If your really gung ho! then you could also FL for the first 2 weeks,
that way you'll feel the effects of the gear sooner!and make the most of your 10-12 weeks,.JMO
