for the sake of not starting another post......

i'm 19, about 5'7 and 160lbs, i've been working out for about 4 years on and off (muscle gain would be hard to accurately dictate since i worked out through while i continued to grow)

but after reading a couple of posts, would you think i am too young to start? (i'm gonna do it anywayz!, but just wanted to hear some opinions!)

    Another Post

at 19 your body should be still giving you great gains with hard work. I can't say I would not have done them it I had a change at 19, but I am glad I didn't. I learned the hard work and mostly the years of dedication that it takes to know this is who you want to be in 20-30 years. I would give it until at least 22 YO.

    Good luck!!
