deca distribution question
is it best to use
-600mg/week for six weeks, OR
-400mg/week for nine weeks?

actually, just deca .....last time i did 30mg/day dianabol for six weeks, along with 400mg/week of deca.....that cycle was good for over 20 lbs, but i kept only 10....my doctor tells me the only reason i kept ANYTHING is because of the deca, so this tiem (1year later than my last cycle) i'm only using the deca....i'll do test when i'm older, i'm only 20....

Oh be ready man. You get deca dick and the female might look elsewhere for some action. J/K about the woman but seriously w/o some test mr pee pee will stop workin.

Just deca isn't a good thing. IMO. Thats why I suggested some test too. To keep mr. happy.....happy.

Not for nothing, but at 20 you should be growing like a weed w/out sauce. Anyway, run deca at 400mg a week. You really might want some winny to stack with. As far as the comment about not needing test at 20, your shutting your balls off by injecting AS anyway. IMO you should do more research. No ball busting, just the truth.

If you are only 20 wait time and test levels are on your side let them do their work before you need to top up

I agree 20 is alittle young to be doing AS. I would wait, or try something alittle less harsh.

I started working out at 35, it's been 2 1/2 years, and I'm still gaining size and strength. I'm not going to tell you it's easy, but it's possible, at 20 you have a great weapon on your side: TIME.
Just use that weapon wisely, learn all you can about training, nutrition, and most of all, learn about yourself. You'll be doing great, being in this board is a giant step for all of us, we can learn a lot from each other.
