Tried earlier but....

Hi all

Just a new guy who tried an earlier post but the board seemed to be having problems. I decided to join up as I have been lurking for sometime and after a bunch of research have started my 1st cycle.

Please advise/critique

weeks 1-10
test e 500mg
eq 400mg
weeks 1-4
dbol 30mg ed

Nolva 10mg ed
arimidex 1mg eod
(was thinking of adding 2.5mg of femara every 3rd or 4th day? your thoughts)

PCT Clomid/Nolva

As you guys are the subject matter experts any guidance would be greatly appreciated...

your test e. needs to be ran at least for 12 weeks.500mg/wk is a good dosage. always remember to run the test 1 week longer than eq, deca, etc. here's what i suggest:

wks 1-4: 30mg dbol/day
wks 1-12: 500mg/wk test e.(shot of 250mg on mon. and thur to keep blood levels stable and avoid sides)
wks 1-11: 400mg/wk of eq
10mg of nolva ed

and of course proper pct

yea this would be a good one.... but i thought about it and he really should run a test only for his first cycle. this way he could really see the way it effects his body. so my bad bro, here's somethin a little lighter for ya:

wks 1-12: 500mg test e./wk
10mg nolva ed

proper pct

you should see good gains from this. try that other cycle when you get this one under your belt

To much for a first cycle IMO...either keep the dbol or the EQ,but not both.Arimidex is better taken Ed at .25 mgs.No need for femera IMO.

Yah the shots are mondays and thursdays and I hopefully can stretch it out to 11 or 12 weeks.

-ran a couple cycles of T1 Pro
-been lifting on and off for the last 20 years - mostly on for the last 3 years
-lift 6 days a week/cardio atleast 4 times

My bad too, i overlooked the "1st cycle" part too. I agree with scott, you should have very nice gains from just test. As he stated do a couple cycles, save this for later. That is the cycle i'm doing for my fourth.

SF....

Cut your training down to 5 days to allow for better recovery.I have a few years on you,so I know it really helps.
