Yes Bro's after 2 and 1/2 years of no AS- I am finally back in the game!

and let me say it feels GOOOOD- Have the sore ass cheek today that i know many of you will agree, is prob the best slightly uncomfortable feeling there is!

Every sore squat rep and each step I take is a reminder of whats running through my body and that i better do everything in my power to help the AS help me...

anyway just wanted to share with you guys that I'm so excited (as I'm sure you can tell)- ITS SO ONNNN BABY

I should add I'm 168 lbs, 8-9% BF right now
(I should be around 173, thats where i was before the small surgery i had 8 weeks ago, missed 6 weeks of training, but I kept eating clean and luckily didnt add much fat just lost some muscle mass)

my goal is to be around 180 4-5% BF when all is said and done

hmm howd u measure .25mg of ldex? when its a liquid maybe thats a dumb question, i havent seen how ldex is kept, just small amts always seem awqward to me

1mg/ml...so use .25ml

Thanks bro - that cycle is a product of all the great BB's here and the wealth of info and advice that everyone shares. I fell like it will realistically get me the results I'm loooking for-
